REVO memory foam enables 30 times more airflow to circulate through the mattress versus traditional memory foam and is the height of open cell foam technology. All Summerby mattresses are packaged using advanced mattress compression and rolling machines that enable your mattress to be installed much easier, saving space on delivery vans and reducing our carbon footprint.

All Summerby Sleep products are made by us – right here in the heart of Yorkshire! You can be assured all our products are manufactured to the highest possible specification and comply with all relevant British safety regulations. We are National Bed Federation members and have over 30 years of experience in bed and mattress manufacturing.
Sustainability
At Summerby we are an industry leader in product sustainability. By using comfort fillings that are made from recycled plastic we currently save an amazing 180,000 plastic bottles from landfill each year. Our Envirofoam is manufactured using re-engineered materials for a lower carbon footprint, helping us achieve our goal of creating a sustainable, circular mattress manufacturing process.
Helping children sleep in the community
We believe that every child has the right to a good night’s sleep to help with their education and overall development. With this in mind, we have been making monthly donations to our local sleep charity, Zarach, who deliver beds and sleep products to families in crisis. We are delighted to be able to continuously support Zarach and help them in any way we can.
