Care
Cleaning:
To preserve the good condition of your mattress, we advise using a mattress protector underneath a fitted sheet to protect from any spills and stains.
To spot-clean the mattress directly, simply wipe down the affected area with a clean, damp cloth and allow time to thoroughly dry afterwards.
Avoid using any harsh detergents or chemical cleaning products on your mattress.
Turning:
As we design our mattresses with multiple layers to maximise their support and comfort, they do not need to be turned.
However, to maintain an equal distribution of wear and tear on the top-most layer, we do recommend occasionally rotating your mattress. This should ideally be done once a week for the first month of use, and then once a month thereafter.

How long do I have to wait to sleep on it once unrolled?
It can take up to 24 hours for the mattress to reach its full depth when first unpacked. We recommend that you do not sleep or sit on the mattress during this time to allow it to fully expand to its correct shape and size.

Do I need to flip my mattress?
As our mattresses are designed with multiple layers to maximise support and comfort, they do not need to be flipped.
Do I need to rotate my mattress?
People tend to sleep in the same position every night, which leaves an impression on the mattress surface. You should rotate your mattress from foot end to head end to maintain equal wear and tear. We recommend rotating your mattress once a week for the first month of use and then once a month thereafter. Rotating your mattress gives the foam layer time to recover before its next rotation.

Can I use any bed base or frame with my mattress?
Yes, you can use your mattress with any divan base or frame. For slatted bed frames, we recommend a gap of no more than 7cm between the slats to give your mattress the correct support it needs.

This is one thick spring mattress. I am really impressed with the quality and comfort this mattress provides. The size is 90 cm by 190 cm for the single mattress. It fits perfectly. And for the price it’s a really great deal. I don’t even have to place a mattress topper anymore as the mattress itself is soft enough.

This is the one of the best buys I have had for my home – I am so glad I bought this for my daughter! It has a nice medium feel to the mattress with just the right amount of cushioning and support. I will definitely be buying a double for myself. The mattress was delivered super quick and in a tiny box. It took around a day to come back to full shape but felt great from the start. The saying is you get what you pay for..
Well I didn’t expect much if I’m being completely honest.
I hadn’t slept on a mattress for over 2 years so my opinion maybe a little bias but it came early for delivery in a small box, I opened and left it on the bed for 48 hours to be sure as was wrapped and rolled up this allows for the springs to set etc.
It says memory foam top ignore that really as its nothing to shout about but overall the Comfort is perfect no springs in my back!
My advice would be don’t treat it like a bouncy castle and you will be fine!
