To clean the mattress directly, wipe down with a clean damp cloth, allowing the mattress to thoroughly dry afterwards. Avoid using any detergents or chemical cleaners on your mattress.
As our mattresses are designed with multiple layers to maximise support and comfort, they do not need to be turned. However, you should rotate your mattress to maintain equal wear and tear on the memory foam layer. We recommend rotating your mattress once a week for the first month of use and then once a month thereafter. Rotating your mattress gives the memory foam layer time to recover before its next rotation.
