Care
Cleaning:
To preserve the good condition of your mattress, we advise using a mattress protector underneath a fitted sheet to protect from any spills and stains.
To spot-clean the mattress directly, simply wipe down the affected area with a clean, damp cloth and allow time to thoroughly dry afterwards.
Avoid using any harsh detergents or chemical cleaning products on your mattress.
Turning:
As we design our mattresses with multiple layers to maximise their support and comfort, they do not need to be turned.
However, to maintain an equal distribution of wear and tear on the top-most layer, we do recommend occasionally rotating your mattress. This should ideally be done once a week for the first month of use, and then once a month thereafter.

How long do I have to wait to sleep on it once unrolled?
It can take up to 24 hours for the mattress to reach its full depth when first unpacked. We recommend that you do not sleep or sit on the mattress during this time to allow it to fully expand to its correct shape and size.

As our mattresses are designed with multiple layers to maximise support and comfort, they do not need to be flipped.
Do I need to rotate my mattress?
People tend to sleep in the same position every night, which leaves an impression on the mattress surface. You should rotate your mattress from foot end to head end to maintain equal wear and tear. We recommend rotating your mattress once a week for the first month of use and then once a month thereafter. Rotating your mattress gives the foam layer time to recover before its next rotation.

Yes, you can use your mattress with any divan base or frame. For slatted bed frames, we recommend a gap of no more than 7cm between the slats to give your mattress the correct support it needs.

I always read reviews before purchasing,,for this mattress they was pretty good overall..I’ve brought quiet a lot to in my years..This one surprised me just how comfortable it was, after sleeping on it ,as it very firm and actually just what I needed, with having Arthritis.My other matterse is a memory foam one, I got fed up of sinking in it.So it underneath now. .Be careful unwrapping as springs up so quick,best to have on bed already. Had a very good night sleep and would recommend…😴👌

Teenage girl wanted small double bed and this was best value/decent reviewed mattress. She finds it comfortable and not too hot. I sat on it and thought it ok. You can feel the springs so in time I suspect we’ll be getting a memory foam topper.

Excellent value for money. If you’re after a cheap and cheerful mattress look no further. Not perfect as the memory foam layer is a little thin so you could feel the odd spring when sitting up but it wasn’t uncomfortable. Once lying down so your weight is displaced equally it’s fine. Couldn’t believe the price to be honest I was surprised. If you do need more support though you’d be best advised to shop for something else
