Products can be returned to us within 14 days provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs must be paid for by the buyer. Summerby Sleep will not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged by the buyer.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To maintain our low prices we cannot offer a trial period on any of our items. This will provide you with a significant cost saving. Summerby Sleep are committed to providing high quality products at consistently low prices. We are extremely confident that the quality of our products will give you a restful nights sleep.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Summerby Sleep, Station Lane, Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire, WF16 0NF.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Guarantee/Warranty
All Summerby Sleep mattresses come with a 12-month guarantee as well as a 5-year warranty. Should an issue occur with your order within the first 12 months please get in touch and we will arrange for a third-party independent inspection of your mattress. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed and a repair is not possible we will replace your mattress free of charge. Any problem that occurs after this 12-month period, Summerby will repair or replace subject to the customer paying a usage pro-rate cost which is as follows:

If you wish to make a warranty claim then please contact us at info@summerbysleep.co.uk and provide proof of purchase. For products purchased through one of our authorised retailers please contact them directly as we are unable to process these ourselves.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
